Our breakfast is a veritable treat and a great start to the day. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast in the garden as the birds accompany you with their songs. Wake up with a fresh croissant served with Marijke's jam, a free-range egg, orange juice, organic granola, fresh fruit salad, oat porridge, delicious cold cuts, organic cheese and many other goodies. Of course, we also offer gluten-free and lactose-free options. Did you know you can visit the chickens and calves (from Weerribben Zuivel organic farm) during a stroll around the Tongeren Domain?

Jan and Margreet Paauwe took over the hotel in the spring of 2021. After a renovation, the hotelier family could welcome guests to the upgraded 4* hotel and restaurant with the promise to 'savour and discover nature'. Our guests value the ambience, intimacy and pure luxury experience.
