Our agreement is subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry. Cancellations may be requested by email. The cancellation will be final once you have received a cancellation confirmation from us by email. Hotel rooms may be cancelled free of charge up to two days before arrival. For later cancellations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply. For bookings of three or more rooms, or group bookings without rooms of 10 or more persons, the group conditions of the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply.
